Can I customize the colours?
Yes. Choose either a Soft White & Ivory or Dusty Pink base at no additional charge, then add your preferred colours with a Curated Accent Colour Palette for $150. Enhanced Colour Customization is available starting at $250, and the selected base flowers remain in place.
Can the arch and aisle flowers be repurposed?
Yes. Same-venue repurposing is available for $75 for aisle flowers or $225 for the arch and matching aisle flowers, and must be completed by the Heaven Flowers team.
Can the rentals be used outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor installations are available when weather and site conditions are safe. A confirmed indoor or covered backup location is required. The final setup location must be confirmed at least four hours before the ceremony or before our arrival, whichever comes first.
How do I reserve my date, and when is final payment due?
Your date is reserved once the rental agreement is signed and the 30% retainer is received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding.
What payment methods do you accept?
The 30% retainer and final balance may be paid by credit card through a secure Shopify payment link or by e-transfer. The refundable damage deposit must be paid by e-transfer with the final balance, 30 days before the wedding. Payment instructions will be provided once your booking details are confirmed.
Can I change my wedding date or rental selections?
One date change may be requested at least 90 days before the original wedding date, subject to availability and current pricing. Rental selections and colour options may also be changed subject to availability, but changes requested within 30 days of the wedding are not guaranteed.
What time does teardown begin?
Standard teardown begins at 10 PM. Later teardown is available for an additional $50 per 30 minutes.
Is a damage deposit required?
Yes. A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for an arch or an arch with aisle flowers, and $300 for Aisle Flowers Only. It is due with the final balance, 30 days before the wedding, and refunded within two business days after pickup and inspection, provided there is no damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required.
Are candles or open flames permitted near the florals?
Open flames are not permitted beneath, inside, or directly beside the faux florals. Flameless candles or fully enclosed candles may be used with prior approval.
